- MicroPurify devices must be returned in a clean new condition. The item/s must be in their original packaging along with all accessories, parts, and instruction manuals that were shipped with your order.
- For hygiene reasons, derma needles cannot be returned. However, this does not affect your consumer rights. Faulty items are still eligible for a full refund or replacement.
- Our 30-day return policy starts from the day your product is received. We need to have the return package postmarked within 30 days of the date that your item was delivered (regardless of what date the product was first used).
- If we receive your item back in our warehouse and it does not meet our return policy terms, we may not issue a refund or send a replacement.

What’s the process?
Take a before picture when you start your treatment and an after picture after 3 months, this way you can clearly see if it’s worked for you. Full out the returns form, attach any pictures you wouldn’t mind us seeing (these will all be deleted after 48 hours), and get a refund for the cost of the product. Also, there’s no need for you to spend money sending it back.
6 month fault guarantee
All electrical goods come with our store 6 month fault guarantee. That is, if your product breaks down within this time period, you can get a replacement sent to you on us up to a maximum of 3 replacement products.
In order to exchange an item, you will need to return the unwanted item back to MicroPurify and re-order.

If you’ve received your order and noticed that something is missing or the wrong item was received, you can easily request a replacement or a refund at no further cost to you.

Cancelling an order
Orders are processed within 24 hours; once this process begins an order cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want a product that is in transit, you can wait for its arrival and request a refund.
