Only have used on one underarm. About 3 times a week for 2 weeks so far. I can tell a very small difference. Only thing is sometimes it won't turn back on until the next day. I guess that is ok, so I don't try to over do it.
The product is small though that makes it easier to manipulate it. It worked well and I trust I will see results (you have to be constant). It has all the accessories.
